Pipers DAY NURSERY Chester - Outdoor play areas
Every day, children can freely access the secure play area which combines a number of different surface treatments and areas for the children to explore. Each age range has access directly from their own room into their own part of the garden. Within each of these areas there is an area of: play bark, grass and safety surface, for all weather enjoyment.
Each area within the garden also reflects the activities available inside the Nursery. A child can choose whether would like play in the role play area indoors or outside, or move between both, as they wish.

Free Play - Children choose to play in the following areas of learning: Carpet, Messy, Art and Craft, Mark Making, Toy, Book corner, Music, Computer, Role Play and Home Corner.
Free Flow Play - Children have free choice to play indoors or outdoors
Small Group - Small group activities are set up alongside continuous provision.
Large Group - Children gather together to participate in the following activities: Stories, Singing, Matching Games, Music and Movement or any planned Large Group Activities.
